We examine the building blocks of your culture - the beliefs (vision, values, mission), the basic systems (the tools you use, your work processes, and decision-making methods), and the behaviors (how you communicate, treat one another, and celebrate wins), and then we bring forward our recommendations on how to immediately make improvements.

Culture Work Shouldn't Be Boring. Or Bland. Facilitated team sessions, leadership coaching, and full-company retreats that build trust, boost clarity, and spark real change.

• Leadership Coaching (1:1 or small group)
  $100/hour for nonprofits
  $125/hour for small orgs or social impact orgs
  $150/hour for larger for-profit

  • Small group, max of 8 participants

• EQ & Wellbeing Leadership Workshops
  $500–$1,000 depending on group size, workshop length, and customization
  Includes pre-work, custom slides, facilitation, and optional follow-up summary report

• Emerging Leaders Training Program
  Starting at $10,000 for a 6-month virtual cohort (can discuss a longer program length)
  Up to 20 participants, including:

  • Quarterly full or half-day group sessions

  • Individual/small-group coaching

  • Homework & tools between sessions for continuous learning

  • Optional in-person finale add-on

• Retreat Design & Facilitation
  Starts at $3,000 for a half-day virtual retreat
  In-person retreats begin at $6,500 plus travel
