I’m the founder of Cup of Culture Consulting, and I believe that HR and People Operations should be more than compliance—it should be the heartbeat of your organization. With over 15 years of experience in the start-up, nonprofit, professional services, and social impact sectors, I’ve helped organizations of all sizes design intentional, inclusive, and human-centered workplaces.
